Kids Brazilian jiu-jitsu from age 3. Tiny Troopers through Troopers, grouped by age so a preschooler is not rolling with a middle-schooler.
The 3–4 Tiny Troopers band is the rare BJJ class actually built for preschoolers, not a watered-down adult class.
First class
Wear a t-shirt and athletic shorts for the trial (they can kit you after). Arrive a few minutes early. Coaches place the child by age, then skill.
